In response to the market demand, we have developed a high torque, highly information-aware hydraulic screwing machine suitable for helical pile construction and applied it in a number of helical pile construction projects, with a high degree of specialization and stable performance.

Hydraulic Screwing Machine

The construction equipment consists of the driving head of the screwing machine, verticality monitor and torque monitor, which are used to ensure that the helical piles are screwed vertically into the soil and that they have sufficient supporting force respectively.

The equipment is mounted on the excavator and utilizes the hydraulic system of the excavator to provide power to screw the helical piles into the soil. During the construction process, the torque and verticality information generated by the rotation can be transmitted to the monitoring system in the cockpit through wireless signals, so that the operator can monitor the verticality and bearing capacity of the screw pile installation at any time.

The 80-120 kN hydraulic screwing machine can meet the high torque requirements of helical pile construction.
