The structure of the small bag filter design
Fan Components: The small bag filter utilizes a centrifugal fan that imitates foreign designs. It provides high air volume and wind pressure, with a fan characteristic curve that ensures optimal performance. Noise reduction measures, such as mufflers, are incorporated to ensure low noise levels.
Filter Components: The filter section employs industrial polyester twill flannel as the filter material for the flat bag filter. Each bag is equipped with a spring steel wire mesh, resulting in efficient filtration and easy replacement of filter bags. The filter bags have a long service life.
Cleaning Mechanism: The filter section utilizes an electric motor to drive an eccentric wheel. This causes the bags to shake, removing dust from the outer surface of the filter bags. The control device offers two options: automatic control and manual control. With automatic control, the cleaning mechanism operates regularly while the fan runs continuously. Manual control allows the cleaning mechanism to work after the fan stops, automatically stopping after a few seconds. Manual control also enables users to start the cleaning process at any time as needed. The length of cleaning time can be adjusted by the user using a time relay.
Quick-Release Access Door: The filter unit is equipped with a quick-release access door, making it easy to seal and providing convenient access for maintenance and filter replacement.
Dust Collector Parts: The dust collector section features a bucket structure, making dust cleaning and removal convenient.
Adjustable Air Inlet: The inlet side of the dust collector has a foldable design, allowing users to increase the air inlet area when required.
Specifications: The standalone dust collector is available in 16 different specifications, categorized as A and B types. The A type includes an ash bucket drawer, while the B type does not. The bottom section is flanged, allowing users to connect it directly to on-site equipment such as folding bag mouths, mixing tanks, sandblasting boxes, and belt conveyors for efficient dust collection and direct dust recovery.
