Proper Installation of Dust Filter Bags

During the installation of dust filter bags, it is essential to exercise caution to prevent damage. Tools such as screwdrivers should not be protruding from the tool kit, and all fasteners should be covered or removed.

Avoid standing or kneeling on the filter bag to prevent applying pressure or causing damage. Before installation, ensure that all bags are aligned in the same direction, with joints facing backward towards the air intake.

The size of the bag cage and filter bag should generally match closely. If the co-size is too small, it is necessary to check the size of the bag cage or filter bag. Any mismatch in size should result in scrapping the incorrect component (the scrapped bag or filter cage should be promptly returned to the supplier). When using bagging tools for filter bag installation, protect the filter bag by pinching the spring flat with a hand to minimize contact with the flower hole. Ensure that the spring's ring bayonet is embedded precisely into the flower board hole. After installing the bag cage on the board, visually inspect the inside of the hopper to verify that the bottom of the bag is not exposed to surrounding steel to prevent abrasion during operation.

Each row of filter bags should have a spray pipe installed at the top, with each pipe connected to the air separation box through a steel joint. The other end of the injection pipe should have an adjustable fixed end connected to the net room's support (upper case). Align the spray nozzles with the center of the filter bag.

During the handling and storage of filter bags, take care to avoid collision with hard objects and sharp corners. Stepping or applying excessive pressure should be strictly prohibited to prevent damage. Filter bag installation should be the final step after completing the installation of the dust collector. Finally, remove the spray pipe and install the filter bag.
