Three types of commonly used filter bag cage installation methods and points for attention
1. Round filter cage (external filter type)
This type of filter bag cage is one of the commonly used forms of cages. The circular filter cage has a light structure and is easy to install and maintain. The quality directly affects the filtration state and service life of the filter bag. The circular filter cage is formed by one-time welding of equipment. Its characteristics are the welding is firm, and the appearance of the cage is smooth and clean.
2. Trapezoidal filter cage
This type of filter cage generally adopts silicon spraying, galvanizing, spray painting and other technologies. The coating is firm and corrosion-resistant, which avoids the surface rust of the dust removal framework and the adhesion of the dust collector filter bag after the dust collector has been working for a period of time. The dust filter bag is returned smoothly. At the same time, the damage to the dust bag during the bag changing process is reduced. The longitudinal ribs and anti-support rings are evenly distributed and have sufficient strength to prevent damage and deformation. In order to strengthen the steel wire and improve the appearance quality, the trapezoidal dust removal framework is made of φ6.5 round steel (drawn into φ3mm). Then when the body is assembled on the butt welding fixture, the grinding meets the technical requirements.
3. Plug-in type filter cage The connector body of the plug-in type filter cage is provided with an exposed decorative part, which connects two plugs with an acute angle between the two plugs. Board slot.
Precautions during the operation of the filter cage, always observe the differential pressure system to determine whether there is a problem. The pressure difference value during normal operation should be recorded in advance. If the pressure difference is found, it may mean that the filter bag is clogged, the dust is compacted, the ash cleaning mechanism is invalid, and the ash hopper has too much dust. The drop in pressure difference may mean that the filter bag is damaged or falling off, the inlet pipe is blocked or the valve is closed, and there is leakage between the tanks or sub-chambers.
