① When installing the press filter cloth, make sure that part of the filter cloth on the plate frame is flat and fixed, so as not to damage the filter cloth when the plate frame is compressed due to the filter cloth being discounted.

②The time for the filter cake to stick to the filter cloth should not be too long, otherwise it will cause the filter cloth to deform and sag.

③When unloading the filter cake, shovel the filter cake in the direction of the filter cloth.

Actually there is more we need to pay attention to, only with a correct maintenance of press filter,  the press filter fabric can have a good long working life.
