1. Metal sand because of its high degree of special shape, large specific surface, strong ability of filter impurities, thus extend the service life of the component, reducing the use of accessories related to components(filters, washers, etc.),the cost of cleaning components and loss of manpower and loss of production capacity.

2.Reduce the spinning filament and breakage rate.The irregular sharp features of stainless steel metal sand are not comparable by conventional filtration materials.This high hardness of the sharp angle is not easy to deform even in the 40MPA pressure, and can pierce the bubbles in the melt and block foreign body in the filtration process and agglomerate particles and improve the accuracy of filtration.

3.The component pressure is stable.The pressure process is slow and smooth, to avoid pressure instability caused by fluctuations in production, quality of instability.Metal sand will not change its shape with the melt pressure and temperature changes.

4.Improve the melt uniformity and spinnability. Stainless steel is a good heat conductor, able to ensure temperature uniformity of the high temperature melt in the component sand chamber.

5.Chemical stability will not make it produce adverse reactions with the polyester melt.

Use of metal sand 

1. The stainless steel metal sand has been strictly cleaned and screening in the production process, and there is no need to clean and filter again.

2.Before use, please see the specifications to confirm the correct before assembly.

3.After the end of each use, if there is the end of the metal sand, please put it inside the bag buckle to avoid dust and debris in and affecting the normal use.

4.It can be used in several specifications stratification, and can also be used in a single specification.In the use of several specifications with a corresponding single-layer stainless steel mesh separation between each layer filter effect will be better. The closer to the head of the spinneret, the higher the mesh(the finer the sand)

5.According to the requirements of the production process, scale good weight of metal sand into the sand warehouse, with copper rods tapping around the sand warehouse outside the shell sand by the sinking to increase its density, and then the stainless steel bar slightly smaller than the diameter of the sand (Rod length of 15 cm or so must be smooth and smooth)flat end pressure the sand surface of the metal sand in the sand warehouse clockwise or counterclockwise rotation plus the pressure of 10 kg around so that the surface of the metal sand is even and let the density as much as possible to avoid the uneven density in the same sand warehouse, uneven thickness of the phenomenon of silk.
